
Billy A. Tunstall, III (Tee)
Born and raised in Greenwood, Billy A. Tunstall III—known to most as Tee—is a third-generation member of the community and is proud to serve the area he calls home. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. After clerking for the Honorable Frank Addy of the South Carolina Circuit Court, he served as a prosecutor before practicing at a local estate planning firm. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2014.
Tee focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and elder law matters, working closely with individuals and families to develop clear, practical plans for the future.
Active in the community, Tee currently serves as President of the Greenwood Bar Association and sits on the boards of the Greenwood Museum and Railroad Historical Center (past president) and the Greenwood County Community Foundation. A lifelong member of Main Street United Methodist Church, he and his wife are raising their family in Greenwood.
